How tasks are counted
A task is one thing you want done, run to completion, not one phone call. Chasing a refund through four follow-ups is one task, not four. A few things are really a bundle of tasks, and count as more.

Before we start anything that counts as more than one, we tell you the number and you decide. The count never changes afterwards: if a visit overruns, that is on us.
EPF recovery
EPF recovery is worked with our specialist partner, Kustodian. The pack includes a ₹6,000 PF Recovery Credit towards their fee, counted as 4 of your 20 tasks, so 16 are left for everything else.
There is no flat fee for EPF recovery, here or anywhere: the fee depends on how many separate issues need fixing and how complex each one is. It is confirmed after a free audit, before any work starts. If it comes to more than ₹6,000, you pay the difference at the partner’s exact cost, with no markup, and only once your money is recovered. The pack is paid in one go, and unused tasks do not carry into a second year.
