Work at Niro
Niro is a small team in Bengaluru building an assistant service for families split between India and everywhere else. Everyone who works with our members' parents is on our payroll - we do not forward your family's requests to a marketplace, which is why this page exists at all.
Founding Engineer
The first engineer. You will build the systems our Niro Assistants run on - task routing, the family record, the WhatsApp layer - and you will own what you ship end to end.
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years building products people use daily, not internal tools
- Comfortable owning a surface from database to interface
- Has worked somewhere small enough that the job had no edges
Niro Assistant - Operations
You are the person our members' parents actually meet. You run their tasks to completion - the hospital visit, the stuck EPFO claim, the plumber who said he would come on Tuesday - and you close each one with proof.
What we’re looking for
- Patience and warmth with older parents - this is the part we test hardest
- Fluent in English and Hindi; a third Indian language is a real advantage
- The judgement to chase something until it is finished, and to escalate before it is too late
